How will my package be delivered

We ship all our orders with DHL, DPD and GLS. Prefer a different method of transportation? Send your question to info@drcandy.nl

Packaging and shipping

Depending on the weight and size of the products, your order will be discreetly shipped in an envelope or package.
Only your name address and a return address will appear on the outside of your mail package.
We ship items in blank, discreet envelopes and packages.

Delivery time

Packages to NL and BE, are delivered within 1-2 business days if in stock. All of our packages can be tracked with a Track and Trace. For Germany, France and Great Britain, the delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. For other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 4-8 business days. We do not ship products outside of Europe. Your order will not be shipped to you until we receive payment from you. 

What happens to my package if I am not home.

If you are not home, the letter carrier will put a bill in your mailbox. With this bill, you can pick up the package at your post office. The package normally stays at the post office for 1-2 weeks. Please pick it up on time. 

Can I track my package online?

If your order was shipped as a package (envelope), you can track it starting about 12 hours after shipment. The Track & Trace link can be found with the respective order in my account and/or will be sent to you via email.

Right of withdrawal and reflection period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs when returning the entire order (all products). Please note that shipping costs will not be credited when returning some products from the same order. The cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package within the Netherlands, for exact rates, consult your carrier’s website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@drcandy.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.  

Sealed products exception

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal is not broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package within the Netherlands, for exact rates, consult your carrier’s website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Limited-time products exception

Some products you purchase through this online store have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This makes the sale final after successful payment.
